Residential / Small Commercial Contractor License Exam Prep 2013

This course helps prepare students to take the State of TN Residential/Small Commercial Building Contractor (BC-A, b) License exam. Students will gain a basic knowledge of techniques, business and law, code requirements, and trade information related to the construction industry.  This license allows the holder to construct, remodel, repair, or improve 1, 2, 3, or 4 family unit residences not exceeding 3 stories in height and accessory use structures, as well as commercial construction up to $750,000 total cost per job.  

When:  March 16 - April 20, 2013 (Saturdays ONLY)

Time:   9:00 am - 4:00 pm 

Where: 555 Beale Street, Memphis TN 38103

Cost:    $400.00* (seating is based on first come first serve) 

Final Payment is due by March 1, 2013. NO EXCEPTIONS
